Terms of Service

OG Life is a fictional strategy game with adult themes. Nothing depicted is a real transaction, endorsement, or instruction. You must be 17+ to play.

• Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. No sharing, botting, or automated play.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, cheat, or violate these Terms.

The Game is free. Optional in-app purchases (unlocks, cash drops, boosts) are processed by Stripe (web) or Google Play Billing (Android app). Prices are shown at checkout. Purchases are granted to the account that made them.

• Non-consumable unlocks (e.g. Endless) are permanent for that account.
• Consumables (cash drops, boosts) are one-time and applied in-game.
• Prices and item contents may change; you'll always see the current price before you pay.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal rights are limited once you've used the purchase. That said, we offer good-faith refunds for accidental duplicate charges, non-delivery, or other clear faults — contact unicredmac@gmail.com. Android purchases are additionally covered by Google Play's refund policy.

• No cheating, exploiting bugs for real-world advantage, or manipulating leaderboards.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with servers.
• Chosen usernames must not be hateful, harassing, or infringing.

If you submit content (usernames, referral codes), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it inside the Game for the purpose of running the service.

We aim for high uptime but the Game is provided "as is" without warranty. Features, balance, and content may change over time as the Game evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, or £50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms; the updated version applies from the date at the top. Significant changes will be notified in-app.
