1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading or playing FlipLife, you agree to these terms. FlipLife is a free Android reselling tycoon and life simulator published on Google Play by Sustainable Compute Network, an independent solo developer based in the United Kingdom.

If you do not agree, please do not use the game. You can contact us at unicredmac@gmail.com.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 to play FlipLife. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to play, especially before making a purchase.

3. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable licence to play FlipLife, subject to these terms.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the game or its content, except where the law gives you a right to do so. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots to play.

4. Fiction and virtual items

FlipLife is make-believe. You buy and flip everyday items, own selling spots around town, and repay money borrowed from your big sister within 30 in-game days. Endless Mode lets the run continue.

• All in-game money, items, prices, characters, places, and businesses are fictional.
• In-game money and items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or cashed out for real money or goods.
• The game is not financial or business advice.
• Comedy situations, such as getting grounded, dodging teachers, or dealing with bullies and rival resellers, are for fun, not to copy in real life.
• FlipLife is not connected to any real brand, marketplace, or company.

5. Endless Mode purchase

Endless Mode is an optional one-time unlock sold through Google Play at the price shown in the store. Google processes your payment.

• The purchase is tied to your Google account. You can restore it using “Restore purchases”.
• Refund requests go through Google Play’s refund policy.
• Your statutory consumer rights, including those under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
• For digital content supplied immediately, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that this ends the 14-day cancellation right where the law allows. This only applies where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

6. Google Play Games and Google Play

Google Play Games sign-in is optional. Google provides Play Games and Google Play under its own terms, including the Google Play Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is explained in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Leaderboard names come from Play Games profiles. We may remove scores that appear to be cheated or abusive.

7. Saves and progress

Your saves live on your device, with an optional cloud copy through Play Games. Deleting the app or clearing its data can remove your progress, and we are not responsible for that loss to the extent the law allows.

Cloud saving is provided by Google as-is. We cannot guarantee that a cloud save will always be available or restored.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or stop FlipLife or its features at any time, subject to your statutory consumer rights. We cannot promise the game or Google’s services will always be available or free of errors.

9. Intellectual property

The game, artwork, music, and text belong to the developer or its licensors. Your licence to play does not transfer ownership of them to you.

10. Disclaimers and liability

FlipLife is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We do not exclude any guarantees or consumer rights that the law says must apply.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling FlipLife. We may end your licence or access if you break these terms, subject to the law and your consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections given by the laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest update. Any changes remain subject to your statutory consumer rights.
